What is your BMI?
To know your BMI you have to do -

1. First measure your weight in kilo
2. Now measure your height at the meter scale (If you measured on the foot scale, 1 meter = 3.28 feet or 1ft = 0.305 meters.) To avoid the complexity go to Google to convert your height to the meter or you can use any converter app.
3. Now square your height (that is, if the height is 1.6 meters, calculate the value of 1.6x1.6)
4. Now divide your weight (kg) by the square of height
5. The result is your BMI!
Easily the whole equation -
BMI = (your weight in kg) ÷ (Your height at meters × your height at meter)

for example (60kg) ÷ (1.65 × 1.65) = 22.04
Here is 22.04 BMI.

 Waist measurement

These BMI calculations are not effective in children, who are physically handicapped, who cannot walk and have muscle defects.

BMI is not the best measure of weight health risk. Waist measurement is considered to be a good predictor of health risks.

More weight or less weight can affect your health

The relation of getting sick with excess weight or obesity is not guaranteed. Research is underway; although statistically, if you gain more weight then there is a great chance of getting infected with various diseases. For example, the risk of death increases slightly (20 to 30 percent), because BMI increases from 25 to 27. If the BMI is higher than 27, the risk of death increases even more (60 percent).

Weight high (high BMI) and the risk of physically disabling:
If you are overweight ( 25 BMI ) and physically disabled , then you  can develop :
-Cardiovascular ( heart and blood circulation )  disease
-Gallbladder disease
- High blood pressure ( hypertension )
-Type 2 diabetes
- osteoarthritis
-Different types of cancer , such as colon and breast cancer
- Depression and other mental health diseases

The Risks of being underweight (lower BMI)
